I read www.pvponline.com on a daily basis for a number of reasons (apart from it generally being pretty good with really clean artwork).  PVP started originally in a computer gaming magazine and slowly progressed to the web where it has, something of a cult following. The author, Scott Kurtz, has created a very good business model for how a webcomic should be and is perhaps the most successful online cartoonist going round.

Scott and a couple of his webcomic buddies get together every week do discuss all things webcomics and make the conversation available via podcast which I have been really enjoying because it’s always fascinating to hear how people in the field you’re in have become successful.
